Specializing in corporate, real estate, financial, market areas, insurance and intellectual property. Director of "Rivadeneira & Associates Lawyers", from January 2000. He has served on the study of securities, and implementation and establishment of mortgage guarantees for loans granted to the members of the Social Security Institute of the Armed Forces - ISSFA of Ecuador, actively participating in the whole process, including municipal, notary and registry.
Legal Adviser at the Metropolitan Health Corporation of Quito since September 8, 2004 until July 31, 2010, participating in all legal activities include: Consulting and legal assistance to the directives, executive, technical and administrative levels; legal structuring of the Metropolitan Health Insurance and its various plans; study, structuring, underwriting and execution of a cooperation agreement between the National Government and the Metropolitan District of Quito, to implement Assurance
